The Preventive Shampoo offers effective protection against head lice and can be used to prevent reinfestation after an earlier head lice treatment.
Elimax Shampoo contains a Lice Protection Factor (LPF).
This ingredient protects the hair up to 3 days against a lice re(infestation), which can be a great help during lice season. It works in 2 ways:
1. Neutralises electrostatic charge of the hair.
Lice don't jump, they are attracked by the electrostatic charge of you hair. LPF neutralises the electrostatic charge of your hair, so lice aren't attracted to the hair.
Conditions the structure and scent of the hair.
By adding a specific fragrance that lice dislike, they don't want to move to your hair. No worries, the scent is only sensible for lice, we are not able to smell the difference.
